What’s an ItWorks Body Wrap?

The ItWorks Body Wrap is a non-woven cloth wrap that’s infused with a natural, plant-based formula that delivers maximum tightening, toning, and firming results when applied to the skin.

It continuously hydrates for firmer, smoother, more youthful-looking skin and reduces the appearance of cellulite, stretchmarks, saggy skin and even helps to lessen the appearance of scars and will brighten tattoo color. You can see results in as little as 45 minutes, with progressive results over the next 72 hours.

Who Can use the ItWorks Body Wraps?

The ItWorks Body Wraps are formulated for adults. They’re not recommended for children. Our products are safe and effective.  However, we don’t recommend that pregnant or nursing women use the Body Wraps, or the Chin and Neck Applicators.

How often can I use the ItWorks Body Wraps?

The ItWorks Body Wraps can be used every 72 hours.   We recommend they not be used closer than that since they continue to work during that 72 hour period. You don’t want to waste your wraps!

How long should I leave the ItWorks Body Wrap on?

If  it’s your first time using the ItWorks Body Wrap, it’s recommended that you only leave the wrap on for 45 minutes (a few people experience skin sensitivity to the natural ingredients).  After the initial 45 minutes,  take the wrap off and look at your skin.  If all is good, you can put the wrap back on if you wish.  Many people leave the wrap on overnight while they sleep, up to 8 hours.

But, don’t leave the wrap on longer than 8 hours.  You could develop a rash.

For enhanced results, use  ItWorks Defining Gel twice a day in between your wraps.

How Many ItWorks Body Wraps can I use at a time?

The company suggests using only one ItWorks Body Wrap at a time because it will give you the most dramatic results when targeting your desired trouble area – Except for your arms and legs.  You can use a whole wrap or cut one in half  for each limb you choose to wrap.

For example each arm, inner or outer thigh, left/right side for back fat or ‘love handles’.  The ItWorks Body Wrap targets the specific area where applied and it will continue to work for 72 hours.

How does the ItWorks Body Wrap Work?

The natural, plant-based cream firms, tightens and contours the area where applied.

What about medical issues?  Can I use the ItWorks Body Wraps?

If you have concerns about any of the ItWorks products, we strongly recommend that you print the ingredients of the products you’re interested in and consult with your doctor.  You can find the ingredients list for any of our products by browsing through our Products section.

Just click on the product you’re interested in,  then click on “View Ingredients” on that product’s page.  You can view the Body Wrap ingredients here.

What if I’m on medication?  Will the ItWorks Body Wraps work?

If you have any medical concerns, allergies, sensitivities or conditions, we suggest that you consult with your doctor or personal pharmacist to answer those questions. You can print out the ingredients list of the products you have concerns about.

You simply click on the actual product page, then click on “Ingredients”.  Have your doctor/pharmacist review the ingredient list and advise you in your personal medical situation.

How Big is an ItWorks Body Wrap?

The ItWorks Body Wrap is approximately 13″ X 21″

I Developed a small rash on my skin after using the ItWorks Body Wrap. What would cause this?

I’ve heard of people developing a rash from the It Works Body Wrap, although it’s very rare.   Be sure you drink plenty of water and the rash should diminish in a couple of days.  Very rarely, someone may find they have an allergy to an ingredient in the cream on the wrap.  This could produce a rash and this is why you’re urged to look over the ingredient list of the product you want to use beforehand.  If you have a persistent rash, it’s recommended that you consult your doctor.

ItWorks Body Wraps Results How Long?

Results with the ItWorks Body Wraps are NOT temporary, as long as you continue to live a healthy lifestyle.  You may have experienced or heard about other body wraps that simply cause water loss  – our body wraps don’t work this way.  The ItWorks Body Wraps help to tighten, tone, and firm in a way that produces lasting results – without water loss.
You have to drink water to get  results!  Just like being on a  diet and exercise regime, you can reverse the results you achieved with the ItWorks Body Wraps with poor diets and lack of exercise.
You can expect your results to last  from 2 – 6 months, depending on your lifestyle (eating habits and level of daily activity, etc).   However, If you continue living a healthy lifestyle, your results should last indefinitely.
Using Defining Gel can help make sure that you improve and maintain your results from the Wraps.  For best results, use the Defining Gel twice a day.  Continued use of the ItWorks Body Wraps will also help you achieve your desired results and maintain those results, as long as you continue to live a healthy lifestyle.
The wraps aren’t recommended for pregnant or nursing women or children.

I recently started using the wraps and have been experiencing some abdominal/ intestinal issues …. I not sure if they are just coincidental or if they caused by the wraps. I am just needing answers, I would love to continue using the product but this has been becoming an issue. If I can find the source of the problem so I can continue using the product that would be amazing..
